Our clients agree to allow Dewalt Family Web Designers to place a link on their web site. Dewalt Family Web Designers retains all rights to the design and layout of the web page we create. The website design is sole property of Dewalt Family Web Designers and it can not be altered, removed or displayed in any form without the prior written approval Dewalt Family Web Designers. Web hosting fees will be paid every six months and are due upon receipt of statement. Client may cancel its web hosting contract at anytime after submitting of letter stating the desire to cancel. This cancellation will be without any penalties or fees except for those due at the time of cancellation for web hosting fees up the date of cancellation or any outstanding design work. Funds will not be refunded after 30 days on submission for web hosting.
